About Coach Hailey

 Driven by Heart, Powered by Skill 

 Hailey is a proud Elite alumna who made the transition from player to coach after an injury ended her playing career. Inspired by the lasting impact her own coaches had on her, she discovered a new passion for the game through coaching.

Since joining the Elite coaching staff in 2018, Hailey has remained dedicated to the program and now works alongside many of the same coaches who once guided her as a player. Her experience on both sides of the program gives her a unique perspective and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed at Elite.

Specializing in youth training, Hailey focuses on developing strong fundamentals while fostering a lifelong love for the sport. She is passionate about creating a positive, encouraging environment where players can grow—both on and off the court.

For the 2025–2026 season, Hailey will serve as the assistant coach for 16 Travel Select.
