Coach Justin

 Where Commitment Creates Success 

 Coach Justin returns to Elite Volleyball for his third season, bringing a well-rounded background in both playing and coaching. His playing experience includes beach volleyball since 2008 and competitive coed indoor and outdoor Power 4’s from 2009 to 2012. He began his coaching journey with the Oak Grove Crushers from 2012 to 2015, where he developed the foundation of his coaching philosophy.

At Elite, Justin balances his coaching responsibilities with a strong focus on player development and college recruiting, guiding athletes and their families through the recruiting process and providing valuable insight for those aspiring to compete at the next level.

Beyond coaching, Justin coordinates fundraisers that support the club’s growth and success, demonstrating his dedication both on and off the court. For the 2025–2026 season, you’ll find Justin on the court with 15 National, coaching alongside Coach Brenda.
