About Coach Justin

 Where Commitment Creates Success 

 Justin is returning to Elite for his third season, bringing a well-rounded background in both playing and coaching. His playing career includes beach volleyball since 2008, as well as competitive coed indoor and outdoor Power 4’s from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, he coached with the Oak Grove Crushers, where he laid the foundation for his strong coaching philosophy.

At Elite, Justin takes on a multifaceted role—balancing his coaching responsibilities with a deep commitment to player development and college recruiting. He plays a key role in guiding athletes and their families through the recruiting process, providing valuable insight and resources for those aspiring to compete at the next level.

Beyond coaching, Justin coordinates fundraisers that directly support the club’s growth and success. His dedication both on and off the court makes him an invaluable member of the Elite family.

For the 2025–2026 season, you’ll find Justin on the court with 15 National, coaching alongside Coach Brenda.
