Coach Donnecia

 Coach Donnecia joins Elite Volleyball with over 16 years of playing experience and a growing passion for coaching and athlete development. After spending years competing in the game, she has transitioned into coaching and brings one year of hands-on coaching experience to the Elite program.

As a developing coach, Donnecia is eager to continue expanding her knowledge and refining her skills while helping young athletes build confidence, master fundamentals, and develop a genuine love for volleyball. She believes in creating a positive, supportive environment where athletes feel encouraged to grow both on and off the court.

This season, Coach Donnecia will be working under the mentorship of Coach Candice, gaining valuable insight and experience as she continues her coaching journey. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to learning make her a great addition to the Elite Volleyball staff.
