 Since joining Elite Volleyball in 2021, Alijah has become a driving force behind the club’s day-to-day operations and continued growth. From leading teams on the court to running the office behind the scenes, Alijah’s dedication, leadership, and organizational skills ensure that players, families, and staff are fully supported throughout the season.

Alijah’s Key Roles at Elite:

✔️ Head of Human Resources – Overseeing all staff and departments
✔️ Coach & Team Builder – Assisting with team formation and development
✔️ Social Media Support – Helping promote the club and players online
✔️ Office Manager & Data Entry – Handling registrations, scheduling, and day-to-day club logistics
✔️ Tournament Operations & Leadership Support – Ensuring smooth events and club functioning
