Experience
Coach Brad has been with Elite for several years. His daughter played for Elite when she was younger and he returned to the game to coach.
This will be Brad's 6th full year with Elite as a coach and his 4rd season as a Head coach. Brad also volunteers his time in the off season to coach recreational teams in the area.
You can see Brad directing many of Elites Home tournament events and all summer long for open gyms.
He is also Heading coaching LSW HS Freshman Gold.
